The Mariinsky City Court of Kuzbass found a 63-year-old pensioner guilty of 'inciting hatred or enmity', reported the unified press service of the region's courts.

According to law enforcement, in December 2023 and spring 2024, the pensioner posted comments in the 'Incident Kuzbass' and 'Bad News' communities on the social network 'VKontakte' about 'the necessity of violent actions against individuals united by their affiliation with the authorities, as well as creating negative images of these individuals and making public statements that degrade human dignity'.

The woman admitted her guilt, clarifying that she acted 'emotionally, without intending to offend anyone', and deleted the comments, as noted in the court's statement. The court imposed a minimum fine of 10,000 rubles.
