The authorities of the Orenburg region have increased the one-time payment to military personnel for signing a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense to participate in the war with Ukraine from 400 thousand to 1 million rubles, wrote Governor Denis Pasler in his Telegram channel. Taking into account the federal payment and military salary at the start of service, the total amount will be 1.6 million rubles.
A new incentive measure for contractors was introduced by the Ufa administration in collaboration with city developers. Those who signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense from November 1 until the end of 2024 will be able to receive a discount on housing purchases, reports «7x7»*. In addition to the housing discount, participants in the war from Ufa receive a one-time payment of 400 thousand rubles from the city authorities.
The head of Bashkortostan promised to declare 2025 the year of «participants of the Special Military Operation and their families» in the republic.
Residents of the Samara region have had their recruitment reward increased, now they will be paid 100 thousand rubles for attracting contractors to service, reported the regional government's website.
At the same time, the amount was already increased in mid-October — from 15 to 30 thousand rubles. Now, the highest recruitment payment in the country is set in the region — alongside the Yaroslavl region and Tatarstan, where you can also earn 100 thousand rubles for one person sent to war.
According to calculations by «Idel.Realities»**, based on data from open sources, since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 3,303 natives of Bashkortostan, 1,798 natives of the Samara region, and 1,596 residents of the Orenburg region have died.
