On the night of October 24, the 'United Russia' office in Perm caught fire, local media reported. The police reported that the building was set on fire by two women, one of whom was 'slightly burned'. Initially, they broke the windows of the building and then threw Molotov cocktails. One of them had her jacket sleeve catch fire during the arson. According to a firefighter working at the scene, they did not manage to throw five out of seven bottles with incendiary mixture into the premises.
Descriptions of the women were made, which included their photos from surveillance cameras. A few hours later, the offenders were detained, it was a mother and daughter. They allegedly set fire to the United Russia office for money promised to them by someone, writes the publication 'Perm 36.6'.
The head of the Perm United Russia, Vyacheslav Grigoriev, told the publication that he considers this 'revenge', according to him, documents about party members and its supporters, as well as a new shipment that was supposed to be sent to the front, were burned in the fire.
