Two distilleries were damaged in the Tula region, the "Biochem" enterprise in Tambov, and "industrial enterprise workshops" in Voronezh

The governor of the Tula region, Dmitry Mityaev, reported damage as a result of drone attacks on the Efremov distillery and the distillery in the village of Luzhkovsky, Suvorov district.

The governor of the Tambov region, Maxim Yegorov, reported an explosion and fire at the "Biochem" enterprise, presumably caused by a drone strike. "Today at 5:20 AM in the city of Rasskazovo, presumably as a result of a drone strike, an explosion occurred at the JSC "Biochem" enterprise, followed by a fire. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. The fire was extinguished at 6:24. All necessary city services are on site," wrote the governor.

The enterprise's website states that it "produces products of strategic importance for the state — it carries out comprehensive processing of sugar-containing raw materials into various types of alcohols."

The governor of the Voronezh region, Alexander Gusev, reported the fourth attack of the night by Ukrainian drones on an industrial enterprise. "Air defense and electronic warfare forces detected and suppressed an unmanned aerial vehicle in one of the region's districts. It fell on the building of an industrial enterprise workshop. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties. A small fire broke out on one floor of the building. Fire brigades are working on site. The threat of UAV attacks in the region remains."

The governors of the Bryansk and Oryol regions also reported drone attacks, mentioning damage to several non-residential buildings.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of 18 drones: 11 over the Bryansk region, three over the Belgorod region, two over the Kursk region, and one each over the Tula and Oryol regions.

Meanwhile, the Bryansk military microelectronics plant "Kremniy EL" announced a suspension of operations following a nighttime drone attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the region on October 19. The attack damaged production and administrative buildings, disrupting power supply and "interrupting production chains." "Kremniy EL" is one of the largest microelectronics manufacturers in Russia. In 2017, 94% of the enterprise's products were produced for the needs of the Russian Ministry of Defense. It makes components for the "Pantsir" air defense systems and "Iskander" missile complexes.
