Ready to suspend proceedings on all cases except alimony, but in this case, they entice with quick earnings

In Angarsk, raids on the apartments of debtors and their relatives take place every week, report “People of Baikal.” Bailiffs explain that upon signing a contract, enforcement proceedings are suspended. To be more convincing, city council deputies accompany bailiffs to homes.

“This demonstrates how elected officials view the current situation in the country. We are all working towards one goal — Russia's victory in the special operation. In addition to distributing leaflets, we also collect humanitarian aid for the special military operation,” reported the bailiffs.

However, proceedings on alimony cases cannot be suspended. But such men are also persuaded to go to the front to settle their debts to their children. For instance, a resident of Irkutsk went to fight due to an alimony debt of 600 thousand rubles, after bailiffs initiated a criminal case against him and conducted an “explanatory conversation.” “Thus, by his action, the citizen not only went to defend the Motherland but also to fulfill the court's decision to pay alimony for the maintenance of his child,” reported the website of the bailiffs of the Irkutsk region.

According to “People of Baikal,” 1736 natives of the Irkutsk region have died in the war in Ukraine. Meanwhile, as of September this year, 8.5 thousand people in the region signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense. The regional payment in the Irkutsk region is one of the lowest in Russia: 400 thousand rubles.
