The Ministry of Justice added Alexei Navalny's book «Patriot» to the register of «extremist» materials. He wrote it after being poisoned in 2020 and during his imprisonment in Russia.
The material's card states that the book was included based on the decision of the Leningrad Regional Court on June 9, 2025. It refers to the book published by One Book Publishing in Lithuania.
The book «Patriot» was released in 26 languages in October 2024, after the politician's murder in the colony in Harp. It is divided into two parts: an autobiography, in which Navalny talks about his life before his arrest in January 2021, and a diary, in which he describes life in imprisonment.
