As journalists reported, Vizichkanich conducts master classes on military medicine in Ussuriysk and prepares schoolchildren for the military-patriotic game "Zarnitsa." He regularly meets with children for "training and communication."
After this, the telegram channel "TOR" reported that in March 2024, the day after the terrorist attack at "Crocus City Hall," Vizichkanich was reloading a machine gun in the parking lot of the "Sedanka City" shopping center in Vladivostok. Visitors were evacuated from the shopping center, and the National Guard arrived to detain the man. At the same time, two airsoft grenades were seized from Vizichkanich, and a criminal case on hooliganism was initiated against him, in March 2025 the case was sent to court.
The prosecutor's office indicated that the accused had already been previously convicted. The "TOR" channel claims that Vizichkanich has seven convictions, including articles on robbery, theft, and fraud.
