British citizen James Scott Reece Anderson, who fought on the side of Ukraine, was included in the Rosfinmonitoring list, reported RIA "Novosti". In November, Anderson was captured by Russia. He was sent to a pre-trial detention center on charges of "terrorism" and "mercenary activities" during the armed conflict. According to the case materials, he crossed the border as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and participated in hostilities in the Kursk region, which Russia qualifies as "terrorism".

The 66-year-old pensioner from Moscow, Galina Archagova, was also included in the "terrorists and extremists" list. The Tverskoy Court of Moscow sent her to a pre-trial detention center under the article on "justifying terrorism". The reason was posting a video on social media "in support of the terrorist organization Legion "Freedom of Russia"*.

On her "VKontakte" page, Archagova posted videos of Ukrainian speakers and opposition Russian politicians and journalists. The pensioner also shared her thoughts on the death of Alexei Navalny**. "It was fear of the elections that made them commit murder, they were afraid that Navalny would start a revolution from prison, as the situation in the country is heating up, and they have become a sore point for the whole country. But the murder of Navalny is their terrible mistake, and it will accelerate the whole process," says one of her latest posts, which the woman posted on social media.

The pensioner asked the court to place her under house arrest, as she needs to care for her elderly father, but the judge refused her.

Being included in the "terrorists and extremists" registry imposes a ban on conducting property transactions, entering into inheritance, and using bank cards. By mid-2024, the "terrorists and extremists" list already included more than 15,000 people, and in the first half of the previous year, the registry increased by more than 10%.
